Warm, saturated compressed air enters an air-to-air heat exchanger where it is cooled by cold, dry compressed air passing by in the opposite direction. The temperature of this partially cooled air is finally reduced to the required pressure dew point on the entering the refrigerant /air heat exchanger. The resulting condensate is separated by a service –free water separator WET-X, and expelled with no loss of compressed air via an electronic condensate drain.Operational security well into the 21st century
