| Nitrogen generation system, based on PSA, includes two adsorption towers that are filled with special carob molcularsive. Molecularsive carbons absorb the compressed and processed air (after having passed through water separator, air receiver, micro filters and air dryers) pass through the materials in the towers and the oxygen and nitrogen gas is releases out of the towers. (Percentage of the needed components’ purity can be balanced) at the time of adsorption in one tower, the other tower does the regeneration process by reducing the pressure. The materials with an approximate volume percent of 30 drain the adsorbed oxygen until 35%. After about a minute, adsorption begins in the second tower and regeneration in the first tower. |

| Membrane system includes connected modulus, which function in a parallel manner and have thousands of cavity fibers. The compressed and processed air passes through these cavity fibers and on the way oxygen, molecules will be separated. Due to the difference in the molecular diameter of the gases in the air, oxygen molecules penetrate the fiber surfaces faster than nitrogen molecules. Purity percentage depends on the speed of the gas in the cavity fibers. |

| VPSA system functions the same as the separation process described for PSA. The main difference is the functional pressure of the system. In this method, the surrounding air is compressed a little higher than the atmosphere pressure (less than 1 bar) and there is no need for processing and separating water from the air’s oil. The main advantage of the of these systems is their very low energy consumption which is 40 % to 70% less than PSA and Membrane systems. |
